So, it turns out that I'm not the only one who buys the shoes first and then builds an outfit around them later.  One of Wear It Out's readers submitted pics of these beauties and asked that we help her figure out how to wear them.  If you owned these blue Marco Santi T-strap platform heels, how would you wear them?  Would you wear them with jeans or a skirt?  Where would you wear them?
